Assistant Store Managers would be working alongside a Store Leader to ensure proper staffing of their store and the training of that staff to maintain Service and Operational standards consistently. Assistant Store Managers are responsible for working with direct reports to facilitate achievement of Sales and Service objectives.
Areas of Responsibility
- Monitors progress against expectations and addresses performance gaps in a timely fashion.
- Looks for opportunities to reinforce, reward and celebrate the accomplishments of individuals.
- Provides timely coaching, guidance, and feedback to help others excel on the job and meet key accountabilities.

Education / Experience Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of Leadership and/or Supervisory experience
